Job Information

 

  • Manage documents used and prepared well and organized.
  • Make copies or scans of correspondence or other documents.
  • Archive production documents either electronically or in hard copy form.
  • Communicate with vendors, as assigned by the head of production.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments and functions, which may include production, sales, quality control, purchasing, customer service, and finance.
  • Responsible for completing and maintaining all shipping related needs, such as paperwork and shipping arrangements.
  • Responsible for managing requirements, supplies and equipment for production needs.
  • Prepare documents related to incoming goods, outgoing goods, shipping, returns and others.

 Have experience as a Production Admin for at least 1 year, or similar work. . Have the ability to understand the production workflow process. . Able to use a computer well and carefully. . Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Spreadsheet and other programs. . Have good communication and interpersonal skills. . Can work independently and in a team.
