Responsible For

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and provide timely and accurate responses to queries.
Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to offer solutions and support to customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective call resolution and proper handling of customer complaints.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and maintain high service standards.
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.

Additional Requirements

Fresh graduates with any degree; prior experience is not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills in English with a neutral accent.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
