The opportunity:
The Dean’s office in the Faculty of Arts is looking for a Dean’s Office Assistant. This position would primarily be responsible for supporting Arts Communication team in booking events, coordinating meetings, processing order, providing support and troubleshooting issues for the general office equipment. The Dean’s Office Assistant will also be responsible for acting as the faculty access coordinator.

Educational Requirements
- Completion of a formal training program in a related discipline from a recognized institution required.
- Two years of general office and/or reception experience required.
- Work experience in a post-secondary institution would be considered an asset.
- An acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation.
- Strong interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality is required.
- Satisfactory work record, including satisfactory attendance and punctuality, is required.
