Job Summary: Policybazaar.com is seeking dynamic and dedicated female candidates for the role of International Inbound Voice Process. The position involves handling inbound calls from international customers and providing exceptional service, guidance, and support related to insurance products and services.
Working Hours: Day shift only
Selection Process: Candidates will go through a face-to-face interview as part of the selection process.

- CTC from 3.0 LPA to 4.5 LPA
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation with a pleasant and patient manner.
- Ability to handle challenging and varied customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and terminology is preferred.
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software or similar applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Maintain a high level of customer service by adhering to established processes and quality standards.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement of services.
