Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate sales transactions.
Assist sales team in generating leads and closing deals.
Prepare and distribute marketing materials for properties.
Organize and schedule property showings and open houses.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.
Communicate with clients, provide all information require by client, negotiate and close the sales.
Communicate with agents, assist them to register with development project and provide them with marketing material.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in real estate sales or a related field.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proven ability to negotiate and close sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English and any additional languages are a plus.
